About

Harvest is striving to become a premier farm to fork restaurant in Omaha.
Our goal is to bring quality, locally sourced ingredients to our customers at an affordable price.

Harvest opened in August of 2012. Tom Sawyer opened Harvest in dedication to Tricia Sawyer's life and dreams.
Tricia was passionate about creating and enjoying good food. In 2005, she graduated with honors from the Culinary Arts Program at Metropolitan Community College. In 2007, Tom and Tricia began to piece Harvest together. The plans were finalized and they were ready to begin. Unfortunately, Tricia was diagnosed with breast cancer. The plans for Harvest were cancelled. Tom and Tricia travelled around the country and spent six months in Napa Valley. Tricia especially enjoyed hot air balloon rides while there. Tricia passed away in October of 2010.

Tom and Tricia's time in Napa Valley served as the inspiration for Harvest's seasonal menu and motto "Good, Clean, Food".

Harvest continually sources from the following farms, when product is seasonally available, in an effort to promote local businesses and farms.

Plum Creek Farms - Burchard, NE
Little Red Barn - Bennington, NE
Cherry Hollows Farm - Gretna, NE
